| I must say I was a little skeptical that I would actually end up paying the estimated rate that appeared on my reservation. I'd priced another local company and they wanted $160 more for the week rental that you said I would pay. Well, the trip is now only a memory and the car rental fee was within cents of the estimate. love your car rental company. We have a family of seven coming Christmas

I just wanted to let you know that we (myself and 14 & 16 year old children)

fun white Hummer last week. I have a gorgeous Cadillac SRX at home and found
the Hummer to be a fun treat (never been in one), a great beach car and

This is a discount car company based in Hawaii that pulled off a miracle for
the Volleyball group. They wanted two 15 passenger vans and there was
nothing available, but this company pulled a rabbit out of a hat. Not only
that, they are so much cheaper than anything we could book for cars, vans,
et. I highly recommend them to you and the staff. Although we dont' get
commission - that is such a pittance anyway, you can have a very happy

reservations with a third party...imagine my surprise when I got there and I

confirm the reservation. Honestly, I was holding my breath...I was elated

I'd like to take this opportunity to let you know how extremely pleased I
was with the service I received from "Jewell" at Thrifty Car rental office
at Kona airport. I had made a reservation for a Sebring convertible prior to
my arrival. Unfortunately, that type of car was not available. Jewell,
however went that "extra step" to try to locate a car that would be
acceptable. I ended up taking a Jeep temporarily until a car more suitable
was returned. She followed up with me on the following day and had me in a
PT cruiser which was more suited to my preferences. She provided above and
beyond customer service and truly wanted to make sure I was happy with the
car rental. My background includes managing offices and people in a service
oriented environment. Employees like Jewell are very rare, and I would be
extremely fortunate to have more employees like her on my staff. I felt
compelled to acknowledge her efforts and thank her for helping to make my

I was a little hesitant to use your service without a confirmation that
included a major credit card. You know the old saying..."If a deal seems to
good to be true, it probably is!" Well in this case, it did seem too
good..and it was REALLY good! I hold two different corporate rates with
major rental car companies and you were able to save me over 30%! Not only
are the savings are great, but your service via e-mail/website was very
proficient. I rented a full size for a week and pickup and
check-in/check-out with Thrifty in Waikiki was both quick and friendly. (I
even received an upgrade to a luxury vehicle at no additional cost!) I will

Rental Agency we have used. We have been to Maui A good 20 times over the
years, and this was the best car rental experience we have had. They were
efficient, friendly and pain free. Because their lot is not as big as some,
we were helped right away and had an amazing car with 5 minutes. We will

You've been great to deal with. Getting the reservations was easy and the
rates were lower than otherwise available. Thrifty was great also. The
operation in Kona was ship shape. The people in Honolulu were on top of
their game also. In addition, when I brought the van back in HNL, the person
checking me in noticed that the computer was charging me a full day for the
4 or 5 hours over the deadline, which I wasn't paying attention to and would
not have noticed. She mentioned it to me and when I told her that I was
picking up another car, she suggested that I talk to the person inside about
waiving that extra day. The inside person did and I felt as though they were

Ron, I don't know how you guys did it - but, I won't look a gift horse in
the mouth. I first went to USAA (an insurance company for the military), got
their member discounted rate for Avis, Budget and Hertz. I kept the same
criteria for everyone to keep it even across the board. Then I went to the
other rental agencies and did the same thing. Dollar was $314.13, Enterprise
was $272.57, Thrifty was $303.04, and National was $277.08. I did exactly
what your web site said to do to compute an approximate total cost and I
came up with $177.60. You can't imagine my surprise when your confirmation
said it would be $171.87 with none of the extra charges added on in case the
wife wanted to use the car one day to go shopping. As you can tell, I love
it when I get a DEAL! Thank you so much, Dave D. |
